REFUNDS
Refunds must be requested in writing by emailing info@strategictraumasolutions.com with name, date of class, and course 48 hours prior to the class start.
Students requesting a refund within 48 hours of the start of the class may not be offered a refund. Students that do not show may not be provided a refund.
A 10% fee will be charged on all refunds. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
RESCHEDULING
Reschedulingfor a later class can be done through the day prior to the scheduled class start.
Rescheduling for an earlier class must be done a day prior to the earlier requested class date.
Reschedule requests are subject to class availability.
Reschedule requests must be provided in writing to info@strategictraumasolutions.com and include name, date of scheduled class and date of requested reschedule. I the requested reschedule class is full the student must request another date.
