FAQs
I’m having trouble accessing my AHA eCard. Is there a link I can use?
My certification expired, may I take a renewal course?
- It depends. AHA updates course material every 4 years. If your certification expired greater than 4 years ago, you must take an initial course.
Our organization continuously argues over advanced airways. What is an advanced airway?
- Advanced airways include supraglottic devices and endotracheal tubes. NPAs and OPAs are only airway adjuvants/adjuncts.
